During Japan's Edo period, Arita porcelain earned the moniker "Imari" due to its journey from Arita to foreign lands via Imari Port. The creations born during Japan's Meiji and Edo eras are known as "KoImari," distinguished by techniques like the revered "Gokunishhiki Kinsai." This technique involves intricate red, green, and gold overpainting, adorning pieces with resplendent motifs. Notably adored by European nobility, this Gokunishhiki Kinsai KoImari teacup and saucer set stands as a rare gem of historical significance and grace.

Elevated into a teacup candle, this creation merges the past and present. Coconut soy wax intertwines with top notes of black cherry, raspberry, strawberry, and plum, anchored by base notes of vanilla, sugar, and musk. Igniting the candle imparts an inspiring fragrance, further enriched by dried flowers and crystals atop.

Embraced by a gift box, this vintage teacup candle becomes a heartfelt offering for diverse occasions—bridal showers, tea parties, weddings, and more. Beyond its candlelit charm, the teacup continues to serve as a vessel for cherished hot beverages. Committed to sustainability, our approach employs a 100% organic blend of coconut and soy wax infused with premium oils, devoid of coloring agents, to preserve the teacup's legacy. This amalgamation of history and innovation transforms the teacup into an enchanting candle, to be savored before reclaiming its timeless identity.

Usage Tips

Always trim the wick before lighting and keep debris out of the wax pool. Do not burn for more than 2-3 hours at a single period of time. Place the candle away from flammable objects and place the candle in a candle dish or other appropriate vessel that is heat resistant. For the most enjoyment let the wax harden and cool before relighting the candle.
